  The Board is required to hold a public hearing on the statement that each pupil in the District has sufficient textbooks or instructional materials in specified subjects that are aligned to the academic content standards and consistent with the content and cycles of the curriculum frameworks adopted by the State Board.

  It is recommended that the Board of Trustees receive the Initial Bargaining Proposal from the Burlingame Education Association (BEA). The current collective bargaining agreement between the BEA and BSD expires on June 30, 2015.
